Business Writing

Impactful writing is an essential leadership skill. This course focuses on reading the audience, managing tone, providing clarity, winning hearts and minds, being memorable and being influential. It looks at the written word, where and when it is powerful, and when it is simply not enough.

This course is not designed to teach you punctuation, grammar or basic email etiquette. That knowledge is assumed.

This is a one day course for up to five people maximum.
